Supported Living Fund (SLF)
The SLF is an initiative that aims to provide people with disability and their families a greater opportunity to create a good life, build sustainable networks and person-centred accommodation arrangements. The SLF will be a recurrent, more portable source of funding which can be individualised to suit your needs.
More information about the SLF can be found here.
